1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jiliko kr online gaming platform, including the website at jilikokr.app, the mobile application, and all related services. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the platform. Continued use of jiliko kr after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

jiliko kr is exclusively available to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment only, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not registered under any self-exclusion programme or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming.

jiliko kr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If we have reason to believe a user does not meet the eligibility requirements, the account may be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated during an ineligible period may be voided.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one jiliko kr account. Creating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to use your account, is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. Changes to your registered details must be submitted to support for review.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. jiliko kr will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Use a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not log in from shared or public devices.
• Enable OTP verification for withdrawals — this is required by default on jiliko kr.
• Log out after every session, especially on mobile devices shared with others.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a one-time requirement unless your account triggers an additional review.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Funds

All transactions on jiliko kr are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. We support local Philippine payment channels including online banking via BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other local banks, as well as e-wallets such as GCash and Maya through InstaPay and PESONet transfers.

Deposits are for gameplay purposes only. Funds held in your jiliko kr account are not investments, interest-bearing instruments, or financial products of any kind.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be complete and the name on your account must match the name on the payment account receiving the funds. Withdrawal requests require OTP confirmation.

• Processing times vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of request.
• jiliko kr does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
• Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are shown in your account cashier.

5 Gameplay and Betting Rules

jiliko kr offers multiple game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games, eBingo, and online poker. Each category and individual game may have its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or betting interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

All bets are final once confirmed. If a technical failure occurs during a game round and the outcome cannot be determined, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and jiliko kr's decision on disputed rounds is final.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to feed availability — if a live feed is delayed or disrupted, bets placed on incorrect data may be voided.

jiliko kr reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or individual account. These limits may be applied without prior notice.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, jiliko kr may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, or other incentives to registered users. The specific terms of any promotion — including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry periods — will be stated in the promotion details at the time it is offered.

General rules that apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified accounts only. Duplicate accounts are not eligible.
• Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliko kr and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during KYC or any account process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game where player-vs-player competition is involved.
• Attempting to gain access to another user's account or jiliko kr's internal systems.
• Using proxies, VPNs, or other methods to misrepresent your location in order to circumvent eligibility restrictions.

jiliko kr monitors accounts for unusual activity. Suspected violations are investigated, and findings are acted upon at our sole discretion. The outcome of investigations is final.

8 Responsible Gaming

jiliko kr is an entertainment platform. Gambling involves financial risk, and outcomes are not predictable or guaranteed. We do not endorse gambling as a way to earn income, and we actively encourage all players to approach the platform with a clear budget and time limits in mind.

10 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect availability, and we will try to communicate planned downtime in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jiliko kr is not liable for:
